Reflective Practice

Psychologically informed reflective spaces for people working under pressure, responsibility, complexity, and emotional demand.

People working in demanding roles often spend long periods focused on performance, responsibility, risk, deadlines, decision making, or supporting others, with very little space to properly reflect on the emotional and psychological impact of the work itself.

Over time, pressure can build quietly. Communication becomes strained, stress accumulates, emotional fatigue increases, and teams can begin functioning in survival mode rather than with clarity and connection.

Reflective practice provides structured space to slow things down, think more clearly, and explore the human side of working under pressure.

I facilitate psychologically informed reflective practice spaces for professionals, managers, leadership teams, healthcare staff, helping professionals, and workplace teams working in emotionally demanding or high responsibility environments.

Sessions can support:

  • emotional wellbeing

  • communication and team dynamics

  • burnout prevention

  • resilience and emotional awareness

  • psychologically safe discussion

  • leadership reflection

  • processing difficult work experiences

  • staff support and retention

  • understanding pressure and stress responses

My approach is grounded, relational, and psychologically informed, drawing from psychotherapy, trauma informed practice, group process, attachment, emotional regulation, and contemporary understanding of stress and human functioning.

Sessions can be delivered online or in person as one off reflective spaces, recurring groups, wellbeing initiatives, or integrated organisational support.

Fees

Reflective practice sessions can be delivered as one off groups, recurring staff spaces, or part of wider wellbeing and organisational support initiatives.
